Mia Harper, bcba
Co-Founder & President
Mia lives in Conway, AR where she lives with her husband and 1-year-old son. She graduated from UCA with a B.S. in Psychology and from OBU with a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founded KIDS Culture.

Mohamed Zonfuly, mha
Co-FOunder & Vice President
Mohamed was born in Egypt and now lives in Conway, AR. He is a proud husband and father to a 1-year-old son. He graduated from UAFS with a B.S. Biology and a M.S. in Healthcare Administration. He is one of the co-founders of KIDS Culture.

Lori melton
Organization Advisor & Board Member
Lori Case Melton is a 36 year banker in Conway. She is currently a senior vice president with First Community Bank.
Melton is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing, and the Faulkner County Leadership Institute. She is also on the board of directors for the University of Central Arkansas Foundation and Deliver Hope. She is past chairman of the board of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and the United Way and has served on many other boards and committees.
